An AI-enabled platform called ” Fazeshift ” for financial operations got a strategic investment from Amex Ventures which is the venture capital arm of American Express after a $22 million Series A funding round led by F-Prime with a group Gradient, Y Combinator Wayfinder Pioneer Fund, and Ritual Capital. The company allows companies to perform receivables processes like invoicing, payment reconciliation, customer communications, and collections directly from their ERPs, CRMs, and payment systems using autonomous AI agents, eliminating the need to set up a new system of record. The fresh capital injection will support team expansion and product development as the company expands its agentic capabilities beyond AR toward building a comprehensive, autonomous CFO suite.
