Grant Thornton has announced plans to acquire Auxis, a nearshore outsourcing and business modernization pioneer, to accelerate the growth of its advisory arm, Grant Thornton Advisors LLC. The deal will significantly broaden the firm’s advisory capabilities in areas such as M&A, AI, cybersecurity, technology, and operations, while also introducing Auxis’ award-winning nearshore services to new global markets. Founded in 1997, Auxis brings a proven track record in modernizing business operations for Fortune 1000 and upper-middle-market companies across industries like healthcare, retail, and financial services.
