HubSpot Integrates ChatGPT to Launch CRM Deep Research Connector

HubSpot has launched its Deep Research Connector, becoming the first CRM platform to integrate directly with ChatGPT. This new feature enables over 250,000 HubSpot customers to harness AI-driven insights for marketing, sales, and customer service without needing extensive data resources. By connecting CRM data to ChatGPT, users can run complex queries—like identifying high-converting customer segments or forecasting ticket volumes—and instantly act on insights within HubSpot.
