Share

Options Technology has announced an agreement to acquire Crossvale, strengthening its ability to help financial services institutions modernize legacy systems, reduce technical debt, and accelerate private cloud and AI adoption within a secure, compliant framework. The acquisition comes amid growing public cloud repatriation efforts as firms seek greater cost control, regulatory assurance, and data sovereignty. By combining Options’ institutional-grade private cloud platform with Crossvale’s expertise in containerization, application modernization, and database migration, clients will be able to modernize critical workloads while maintaining operational control.

The deal aligns closely with Options’ recent launch of PrivateMind, a data-sovereign AI platform for financial services. “This acquisition accelerates our growth strategy at exactly the right moment for the industry,” said Danny Moore, President and CEO of Options Technology. Crossvale CEO Todd Millard added, “By combining our deep modernization expertise with Options’ global infrastructure platform and strong financial services relationships, we can address this demand in a way that neither company could achieve independently.” Backed by Vitruvian Partners, the combined organization will deliver an end-to-end, compliance-ready platform spanning infrastructure, modernization, and AI, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
