Vertex Inc. and CPA.com have strengthened their long-term partnership. They introduced an AI-driven sales tax compliance solution with Kintsugi. This solution helps accounting firms automate and scale tax services accurately and efficiently. It brings advanced AI and automation to Client Advisory Services (CAS) and State and Local Tax (SALT) teams. They can assess tax exposure, automate registrations and filings, and manage ongoing compliance through clear, streamlined workflows. Through CPA.com’s expanded Firm Advisor Program, firms can either manage compliance directly using a white-labelled platform or refer clients for fully automated, jointly supported services from Vertex and Kintsugi.
