IntegriChain, the leading provider of revenue optimization technology and consulting for the pharmaceutical industry, announced the appointment of Chris Hare as Chief Revenue Officer. Hare brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling high-performing revenue organizations across healthcare and healthcare SaaS and will lead IntegriChain’s commercial strategy as the company marks its 20th anniversary and prepares for continued growth in 2027.
Most recently, Hare served as Chief Growth and Revenue Officer at Intelerad, where he led a global commercial organization producing double digit growth year over year, leading to Intelerad being acquired by GE HealthCare earlier this year. Before that, Hare held several commercial executive leadership positions with private equity backed healthcare technology firms leading those organizations through rapid periods of growth and transformation by building scalable, predictable, and repeatable growth engines.
Hare’s background aligns closely with where IntegriChain is headed.
He started his career close to IntegriChain’s customers. Before moving into healthcare technology leadership, Hare spent several years at Salix Pharmaceuticals, as a top producing rep and leader in the commercial business. That first-hand experience in pharmaceutical commercialization gives him a practitioner’s understanding of the manufacturers IntegriChain serves and the pressures their commercial, market access, and finance teams face every day, from pricing, policy, and reimbursement shifts – such as the IRA and 340B changes – to rising expectations for data and technology.

He has scaled data and analytics platforms in healthcare. At Net Health, Hare led sales for a specialty healthcare SaaS portfolio spanning EMR, revenue cycle management, and predictive analytics, and launched multiple new product lines. That experience maps directly to IntegriChain‘s ICyte® Platform, which unifies data, technology, consulting, and managed services across the commercialization lifecycle.
He knows how to grow in a private equity–backed environment. Hare has spent much of his career leading commercial organizations at investor-backed healthcare companies, including private equity–backed Intelerad and Net Health, and has advised angel, venture, and private equity–backed companies through periods of rapid growth. That experience positions him to partner closely with IntegriChain’s leadership team and Nordic Capital on the company’s next phase of growth.
He pairs growth with operating rigor. Hare has significant experience building a revenue operations team and technology stack to improve reporting, forecasting, and enablement. He has led the diligence and integration of multiple acquired companies and delivered predictable revenue growth year after year. At IntegriChain, he will focus on deepening partnerships with biopharma customers, from emerging companies preparing for first launch to the industry’s largest manufacturers, as the company continues to expand the ICyte® Platform.
“For 20 years, IntegriChain has helped biopharma manufacturers turn commercialization complexity into clarity, and we’re entering our next chapter with real momentum,” said Josh Halpern, CEO of IntegriChain. “Chris understands our customers from his years in pharmaceutical sales, and he has repeatedly built predictable, scalable, accountable growth engines at healthcare technology companies. He’s the leader we trust to guide our commercial organization into its next phase of growth.”
“I couldn’t be more excited to join IntegriChain,” said Hare. “What drew me here was the strength of the business, the momentum of this team, and most importantly, the people and culture behind it.”
