m3ter Enhances Salesforce Integration to Advance Scalable Usage Monetization

m3ter has expanded its integration with Salesforce to support more sophisticated usage-based pricing models within Agentforce Revenue Management. The enhancement strengthens m3ter’s Connector for Salesforce, available on the Salesforce AppExchange, enabling seamless interoperability with Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB), alongside Agentforce Sales and Salesforce CPQ.

The updated connector allows Salesforce users to configure and manage usage data directly within their existing Salesforce environment while ensuring that metering, rating, and billing data flows smoothly between platforms. By embedding advanced usage management into Salesforce workflows, organizations can better align product consumption with revenue operations.

As part of the expanded collaboration, Salesforce has named m3ter an advanced metering and rating partner for RCA and RCB. The designation enables Agentforce Revenue Management customers to deploy high-volume rating, mediation, and complex usage pricing strategies at scale. Product and engineering teams from both companies have worked closely in recent months to coordinate integration efforts. Salesforce is also an investor in m3ter, underscoring the strategic depth of the relationship.
