Everise, a global leader in customer experience transformation, has bolstered its executive team with two key appointments to support its rapid expansion and global market growth. Robert Jimenez has been named Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and Steven Amaya joins as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Jimenez, a veteran with over 25 years in leadership roles at top BPO and consulting firms, including Teleperformance, Cognizant, TTEC, Genpact, Capgemini, and IBM, is recognized for driving transformative growth, building high-performance sales teams, and fostering lasting client relationships. As CRO, he will oversee Everise’s global growth strategy, sales, marketing, and pricing initiatives.

Amaya brings more than 15 years of finance leadership experience in high-growth environments. Formerly CFO at Carenet Health and a long-time finance leader at TaskUs, he has guided major milestones including acquisitions, IPOs, and international expansions. As CFO, he will manage Everise’s global finance operations, pricing, spend management, and facilities functions.
