ThoughtSpot Names Scott Parsons SVP of Sales for the Americas

ThoughtSpot, the Agentic Analytics Platform company, has appointed Scott Parsons as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas, signaling a strategic push to deepen its presence and drive revenue growth across the region. In his new role, Parsons will oversee the company’s sales operations throughout the Americas as demand for AI-powered analytics and cloud-based data solutions continues to surge.

A veteran SaaS executive with more than 20 years of experience, Parsons brings a track record of scaling go-to-market teams and delivering data-driven growth in sectors such as ERP, analytics, and human capital management. Known for championing customer-centric strategies, he has led high-performing teams focused on unlocking business value through AI and analytics.

Before joining ThoughtSpot, Parsons was Chief Sales Officer at TigerConnect, leading GTM strategy across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments. He also held executive roles including EVP of Americas at Pluralsight, where he led a 200-member sales team, and GVP, CX North America at Oracle, managing $1B+ in revenue accounts. Earlier, he held key leadership roles at Adaptive Insight and Qlik, consistently delivering strong revenue results and customer satisfaction.
