WINN.AI Secures $18M Series A to Power Real-Time Sales Execution

Share

WINN.AI, a real-time revenue execution platform that provides live guidance during customer calls, has raised $18 million in Series A funding to accelerate its U.S. expansion and product innovation. The round was led by Insight Partners, Mangusta Capital, and S Capital, with additional backing from Moneta, Highsage, Alumni Ventures, Sarona Ventures, and OurCrowd.

Founded in 2023, the Tel Aviv-based company has quickly gained traction among enterprise clients. Over the past year, WINN.AI significantly enhanced its platform’s reasoning capabilities and performance, helping triple annual recurring revenue in 2025 and achieve 30X growth over two years. The company also reports zero churn among its enterprise customers.

WINN.AI tackles a key issue for large sales teams: applying strategy consistently across different groups. As sales cycles become more complex, reps find it hard to use updated playbooks and best practices during calls. The platform serves as an AI assistant, providing real-time prompts during conversations. It also syncs insights automatically into CRM and business intelligence systems.

“Every sales leader knows exactly what a winning call sounds like, but they can’t be in the room to guide it every time,” said Eldad Postan-Koren, CEO and Co-Founder of WINN.AI. “We let AI handle the ‘science’ of the sale so the rep is free to master the ‘art’ of the connection. Our customers see the quality of conversations rise immediately: the AI ensures consistency, and the human ensures trust.”

Enterprise customers report measurable impact. Deel recorded a 33% increase in win rates within five months. Cyera doubled its CRM data completion rate and improved playbook adherence by 20%. Kaseya streamlined execution across 1,200 representatives, cutting administrative work by 98%.

“The era of ‘Post-Game Analysis’ is over,” Postan-Koren added. “Traditional Sales AI is passive – recording calls to tell you why you lost. WINN.AI is proactive. We don’t analyze the past; we shape the present. By guiding execution in real-time, we change the outcome while the customer is still on the call.”

Investors see real-time AI co-pilots as transformative for revenue teams. With fresh capital in hand, WINN.AI plans to deepen product capabilities and broaden its footprint in the U.S. market.
