Teslar Software, a provider of lending and operations technology for community financial institutions, announced that Kevin Tweddle has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.
Tweddle will help advance Teslar’s long-term growth strategy through capital planning, strategic partnerships, financial leadership, and business and corporate development initiatives. His appointment comes as Teslar enters its next phase of growth, including its expansion into the consumer loan origination market and continued investment in intelligent lending solutions for community financial institutions.

Tweddle brings more than 37 years of experience across banking, financial technology, and financial services consulting. Most recently, he served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Independent Community Bankers of America. He has also held executive leadership roles with Bank Intelligence Solutions at Fiserv and The Bankers Bank. Tweddle previously served on Teslar’s Board of Directors, giving him an established understanding of the company, its team, and its long-term vision.
