ChurnZero Unveils Autonomous AI Agents to Accelerate Customer Growth

ChurnZero, the customer growth platform and partner, has introduced a suite of autonomous AI Agents designed to help customer teams scale their impact without adding headcount. Unveiled at the ZERO-IN 2025 conference, these digital teammates can engage every customer, automate repetitive tasks, and operate around the clock on risk and opportunity signals. The innovation represents the latest advancement in ChurnZero AI, the platform’s intelligence engine that blends human insight with AI-driven execution.

Unlike generic AI tools, ChurnZero AI Agents are natively integrated into the platform, built specifically for customer success workflows. Some Agents operate autonomously, while others run on demand, enabling teams to delegate critical tasks and touchpoints confidently. The first batch, capable of enriching data, creating engagements, generating new signals, or automatically building custom records, is expected to arrive in mid-fall.

ChurnZero also launched a new AI Hub, offering a self-serve marketplace where users can select and purchase Agents using refillable credits. Customers maintain full control over which Agents to deploy, which accounts to target, and how often each Agent executes, providing a flexible, modular approach to innovation.
