Esker, a global leader in AI automation for CFOs, has partnered with Numen. Numen specializes in SAP digital transformation. This alliance will help businesses in North and South America modernize their finance and operations systems. They will transition to the next generation of SAP environments.
The collaboration comes at a crucial moment. SAP will stop supporting ECC 6.0 between 2025 and 2027. However, only about one-third of businesses have finished migrating to SAP S/4HANA. This means thousands, including many Esker customers, are rushing to upgrade their ERP systems.
“Now is a pivotal moment for SAP-driven enterprises as they migrate to the next generation of cloud-based ERP platforms,” said Ari Widlansky, Managing Director and U.S. Chief Operating Officer at Esker. “Thousands of organizations are having to rethink their ERP environments right now. This partnership is fully aligned with Esker’s strategy to become the most trusted AI automation platform for the Office of the CFO in an ERP-cloud world.”

Together, Esker and Numen will deliver AI-driven solutions that streamline finance and operations processes—from order management and procurement to accounts receivable and payables—enhancing speed, interoperability, and visibility during ERP transitions. Numen’s team of over 1,000 SAP consultants will combine with Esker’s automation suite to accelerate deployment and improve operational efficiency.
Eduardo Nagata, CEO of Numen North America, added, “Modern SAP customers want flexibility and simplicity — not complex, customized systems that slow down innovation. Esker’s platform complements our SAP public cloud offering perfectly. Together, we’re enabling companies to standardize and scale faster, with powerful interfaces for customers and suppliers that SAP’s native environment doesn’t provide.”
Leveraging Esker’s U.S. presence and Numen’s nearshore delivery model in Brazil, the partnership will reduce costs, shorten implementation timelines, and provide regionally aligned support. As organizations embrace S/4HANA and cloud-native ERP models, this collaboration positions both companies to help clients modernize efficiently and prepare for long-term digital success.
