FireMon, a global leader in network security policy management (NSPM), announced the addition of four senior sales executives previously with Skybox Security. This strategic move reinforces FireMon’s ongoing commitment to international expansion and enhanced customer engagement.
Joining FireMon’s growing team are Alessio Fasano (Southern EMEA), Morris Becker (DACH), Veera Subramanian (Southeast Asia), and Brian Matzke (New York City). Each brings proven experience, regional expertise, and a strong track record of driving customer success across diverse markets. Their appointments further strengthen FireMon’s ability to deliver scalable, secure, and adaptive solutions aligned with evolving enterprise cybersecurity needs.
Alessio Fasano, formerly Skybox’s Country Manager for Italy, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta, was the company’s top-performing sales executive. With a rich background in technical leadership and entrepreneurship, Fasano has decades of experience driving channel growth, leading high-impact teams, and delivering operational results. His prior role as Group Chief Security Officer at Retelit gives him a valuable dual perspective—understanding customer needs from both vendor and enterprise viewpoints.

Morris Becker, based in Germany, brings deep regional knowledge and a consultative approach to enterprise engagements. At Skybox, he played a pivotal role in growing the company’s footprint across Central Europe. At FireMon, Becker will focus on accelerating adoption and customer success throughout the DACH region.
Veera Subramanian, formerly Regional Sales Director for ASEAN and Hong Kong at Skybox, now leads FireMon’s efforts across Southeast Asia and Australia. With over 20 years of experience scaling cybersecurity sales in APAC, Subramanian is well known for helping organizations enhance their security posture using visibility, analytics, and automation. He is also the founder of Vincere CyberTech and has held leadership roles at F5, Picus Security, and other high-growth vendors in the region.
Brian Matzke joins as Strategic Account Executive for the New York City territory. With more than 30 years in technology sales—15 of which focused on cybersecurity—Matzke has extensive experience supporting enterprise clients. His previous roles include tenures at Radware, Tenable, and IntSights, and he most recently drove enterprise sales for Skybox in the Northeast U.S. His appointment bolsters FireMon’s presence in North America as part of a larger initiative to grow customer-facing leadership worldwide.
