Kyndryl, a leader in mission-critical technology services, has announced the launch of the Kyndryl Microsoft Acceleration Hub – a new initiative designed to help enterprise customers harness AI and accelerate digital transformation at scale.

Developed in collaboration with Microsoft, the Hub combines Kyndryl Consult’s deep industry expertise with Microsoft’s trusted technologies, including Azure AI Foundry and Copilot. The goal is to help businesses develop tailored, agentic AI solutions that boost efficiency and unlock new value across sectors.

“We are confidently doubling down on our successful collaboration with Microsoft because we know that the combination of Kyndryl Consult expertise with Microsoft technologies is a powerful duo that will help customers reap the benefits of AI, drive innovation, and achieve meaningful business outcomes,” said Ismail Amla, Global Leader, Kyndryl Consult.

The Acceleration Hub will leverage Kyndryl’s global network of physical and virtual labs, including its AI Innovation Lab in Liverpool, to support ideation, prototyping, and deployment of AI solutions. This initiative reflects both companies’ commitment to industry-specific innovation and scaling AI responsibly.

“Kyndryl’s Microsoft Acceleration Hub represents the next evolution of our strategic collaboration and a shared commitment to helping enterprise customers unlock the full potential of AI,” said Stephen Boyle, Global Leader, SI & Advisory Partners at Microsoft.

Kyndryl’s significant investment in workforce skills underpins this effort: more than 16,000 employees have earned over 26,000 Microsoft certifications, strengthening the company’s capabilities in cloud, data, security, and modern workplace solutions.

Early customers see promise in the new offering. “We are thrilled about the Kyndryl Microsoft Acceleration Hub’s transformative potential… it can help streamline our adoption and application of AI and enable better services for our customers,” said Anders Bjørnrud, CTO of Care Safety Innovations.

The launch builds on Kyndryl’s recent achievements, including its AI Platform specialization on Microsoft Azure and its renewed status as an Azure Expert MSP – a distinction held by less than 2% of Microsoft partners.
