With more than 20 years of leadership experience in professional services and customer success, Snyder is recognized for building and scaling global organizations that deliver measurable value, strengthen retention, and drive revenue growth.
Snyder has held senior leadership roles at Adobe, CA Technologies (now Broadcom), and Lithium (now Khoros, part of IgniteTech). She also served as Chief Customer Officer at Deputy and most recently at Onapsis, where she oversaw all post-sales functions, including renewals. Throughout her career, she has consistently developed the people, processes, and technologies necessary for customer success, services, and support teams to thrive in complex SaaS environments.
