Dispatch has announced upcoming early access to an automated account onboarding integration with Schwab Advisor Services, aiming to significantly reduce the time and operational friction associated with opening new Schwab accounts. The new API-driven workflow will allow advisors to complete account onboarding directly within Dispatch in minutes, replacing manual logins and multi-day DocuSign-based processing.
Account opening has long been a pain point across the wealth management industry, often requiring advisors to repeatedly enter the same information across disconnected systems while operations teams resolve Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) issues. According to Dispatch, the new integration addresses these challenges by enabling firms to transmit data directly from CRMs and other internal systems into Schwab Advisor Center®, eliminating redundant entry and accelerating approvals.
“Almost every firm we speak with says the same thing: account opening is one of their biggest operational nightmares,” said Rafi Lurie, chief product officer at Dispatch. “Advisors repeatedly enter the same data across multiple systems, operations teams spend days correcting Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) errors and clients wait weeks wondering if their funds will ever move. Schwab’s APIs supercharge Dispatch’s account opening workflow by enabling firms to send data directly from their CRM or other systems into Schwab Advisor Center® – avoiding manual re-entry. This dramatically shortens account opening times, automates operational workflows and works towards eliminating NIGO errors from the start.”

Unlike traditional approaches that only prefill forms, the Dispatch-Schab integration supports fully automated, end-to-end execution within a single interface. Advisors can open accounts in minutes and access account details almost immediately, helping firms accelerate funding and reduce time-to-revenue.
“We are excited to have Dispatch as an early adopter of our new Digital Account Onboarding integration,” said Alison Dooher, managing director of Schwab Wealth Services. “Implementing the Schwab digital account opening workflow completely within Dispatch helps reduce duplicate data entry and swivel chair.”
Dispatch executives view the integration as a foundational step toward predictable, scalable onboarding. “This integration is about turning account opening into a predictable, reliable process instead of a bottleneck,” said Rob Nance, chief executive officer at Dispatch. The initiative aligns with the company’s broader 2026 roadmap to operate as an AI-powered data orchestration layer, connecting custodians and advisor technology through a unified data foundation.
