Fohr, the creator marketing company and platform with cultural intelligence and guaranteed performance, announced the appointment of Scott Levy as Chief Revenue Officer. Levy brings 25 years of experience building cutting-edge marketing technology companies and working with CMOs at global brands.
“We’re at an inflection point where cultural intelligence and predictive performance are becoming an absolute necessity for breakthrough marketing,” said James Nord, Founder and CEO of Fohr. “Scott’s track record of scaling tech-enabled marketing solutions for major brands makes him the ideal leader to help us become the creator system of record for enterprise clients.”
Levy has spent his career scaling brands at the intersection of emerging technology and brand marketing, from early digital and social platforms to UGC and influencer marketing. Prior to joining Fohr, he led revenue growth at Creator IQ and was an executive at Olapic, an early user-generated content company.

“Fohr’s combination of cultural mapping, predictive platform technology, and performance guarantees represents the evolution brands have been waiting for,” said Levy. “The ability to deliver measurable returns through cultural intelligence, not just reach and frequency, is what separates leaders from followers in today’s attention economy.”
Fohr delivers 100% better performance than competitors, providing clients $2M in ad spend value for every $1M invested through its proprietary platform and 300,000+ opt-in creator network.
Levy will lead Fohr’s enterprise growth strategy, focused on the forthcoming proprietary predictive platform launch, and begins his role immediately.
