Claim Health, a YC-backed startup, has launched an AI-powered revenue infrastructure for post-acute care providers and secured $4.4 million in Seed funding led by Maverick Ventures, with participation from Peak XV, Y Combinator, DHVP, and executives from large post-acute organizations. The company’s platform replaces manual revenue workflows for home health, hospice, and home care providers, managing referral-to-reimbursement processes including intake, eligibility verification, authorization, and payment reconciliation.

“Post-acute providers are under immense operational pressure, and revenue operations are where that pressure shows up most acutely,” said Kevin Calcado, Co-Founder and CEO of Claim Health. Since its Spring 2025 Y Combinator debut, Claim Health has grown revenue 30× in under a year, driven by strong adoption among providers seeking to reduce administrative burden, prevent denials, and improve financial predictability. Early customers report up to 50% lower administrative workload, 4× faster referral throughput, and 30–50% fewer preventable denials, positioning Claim Health to build a self-driving revenue cycle for the rapidly expanding post-acute care market.
