Enterprise software provider Intapp has announced a strategic collaboration with OpenAI to launch its DealCloud with Celeste plug-in for ChatGPT for Financial Services. The integration connects Intapp’s capital markets and deal execution engine, DealCloud, directly into OpenAI’s specialized conversational workspace, enabling dealmakers, investment bankers, and private equity professionals to securely interact with proprietary firm intelligence.
This new system integrates Intapp’s AI co-worker Celeste with ChatGPT for Financial Services, which is a customized user interface designed with the advanced capabilities of reasoning machines. Together, the solution helps financial advisers and investors check relational networks, client databases, and transactional history in a compliant way without revealing any crucial inside information or breaching compliance standards within an organization.

In high-stakes financial operations, deal teams frequently navigate fragmented databases to compile investor histories, check co-investment records, or review previous transaction terms. The DealCloud with Celeste plug-in connects these disparate records, allowing professionals to query firm-wide knowledge directly through natural language prompts within ChatGPT.

Approximately 1,700 private capital and investment banking institutions run core deal workflows on Intapp’s DealCloud platform.
