BlueVoyant, a leading cybersecurity company, announced the appointment of John Hultman as Chief Revenue Officer. Hultman will lead BlueVoyant’s global revenue organization, including sales and revenue operations, and will work closely with the company’s leadership to accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market (GTM) execution.

“John joins BlueVoyant at an important moment for the company. We’ve built a strong foundation, and his experience and perspective will be valuable as we continue to scale the business and deepen our customer relationships,” said John Hernandez, CEO of BlueVoyant. “His focus on execution and customer success aligns closely with where we’re headed, and he’ll help us meet a market that’s demanding exactly what BlueVoyant delivers.”

Hultman brings more than 30 years of global technology sales leadership, with deep expertise in SaaS, cloud and security. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at data security company Druva, leading global GTM strategy. Before that, he led Americas Sales at Cohesity and spent nearly two decades at Dell EMC in key sales leadership roles across the Americas and APJC. He has a track record of building and scaling high-growth organizations by optimizing GTM structure and sales process, with a commitment to driving business outcomes for customers and partners.

“The cybersecurity landscape has reached an inflection point. Enterprises are dealing with growing complexity, fragmented security tooling and the need to move beyond detecting threats to taking action, not just inside their own walls but across their suppliers and everywhere their brand lives online,” said Hultman. “What drew me to BlueVoyant is its differentiated approach to that challenge, combining BlueVoyant AI with the human expertise to defend organizations inside their environment, across their supply chain and beyond the perimeter. The opportunity in front of us is significant, and this team is built to capture it.”

Hultman’s appointment follows a solid third quarter for BlueVoyant as it continues to expand its cybersecurity product portfolio. The company recently launched one of the first deployment solutions designed to help enterprises adopt Microsoft’s newly announced Integrated Security Operations Center (ISOC) in Microsoft Defender, building on its longstanding Microsoft partnership. BlueVoyant is also advancing BlueVoyant AI, including solutions that help organizations securely adopt and govern AI agents across their environments.
