Accenture Unveils New Growth Model to Drive AI-First Business Reinvention

Accenture is overhauling its growth model to better serve clients in the era of generative AI, consolidating its core service areas into a new, integrated business unit called Reinvention Services, effective September 1, 2025. This strategic transformation is designed to accelerate the delivery of AI-powered solutions and create sustained value across industries and geographies.

With the launch of Reinvention Services, Accenture will bring together its five core businesses- Strategy, Consulting, Song, Technology, and Operations, into a single unit that can deliver end-to-end, AI-enabled solutions more efficiently. This new model aims to eliminate silos, embed AI more deeply across offerings, and allow for faster innovation at scale.

The company will continue to organize its go-to-market strategy by industry, while maintaining its three primary geographic markets: the Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), and Asia Pacific.

Unlike traditional models that segment services into separate lines of business, the Reinvention Services unit is structured to foster seamless integration of AI, data, and cloud technologies across the full value chain. The company’s existing strength in deep industry expertise, coupled with its advanced platforms and ecosystem partnerships, will now be leveraged in a more agile and unified manner.

The shift signals Accenture’s intent to lead the market not just as a service provider, but as a reinvention partner that enables clients to embed AI at the core of their operations. By doing so, the firm aims to unlock new waves of growth and redefine how value is created in a rapidly changing digital economy.

This change builds on Accenture’s multi-year strategy to lead in AI and digital transformation, backed by significant investments in talent, platforms, and technology alliances. The new growth model will enhance speed-to-market, increase solution relevancy, and streamline innovation—key to helping clients navigate complexity and scale transformation efforts with measurable outcomes.
