Pipedrive, the CRM platform built for small businesses, has launched Pipedrive Pulse, a new AI-driven prospecting toolkit designed to help sales teams identify, qualify, and prioritize leads more effectively. Alongside this release, the company introduced two productivity upgrades, Team Inbox and branched automations and rolled out refreshed pricing plans to better align with how small businesses actually grow.
Prospecting remains one of the biggest hurdles for sales teams, with Pipedrive’s own research showing that around 60% of CRM users struggle to qualify and nurture leads. Pulse aims to change that by combining data enrichment, intelligent scoring, and automated nurturing into a single, user-friendly hub. The toolkit also includes a personalized sales feed to highlight high-value opportunities.

The launch also introduces two new features to streamline collaboration and workflows. Team Inbox centralizes shared customer emails into one workspace, while branched automations enable teams to build customized workflows that adapt based on specific conditions, making follow-ups and customer journeys more efficient.
