G2 and AWS Expand Partnership to Power Smarter Software Buying with Generative AI

G2 has announced a strategic four-year expansion of its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), aimed at transforming the software buying experience in the AWS Marketplace through generative AI and customer-driven insights.

The enhanced collaboration will embed G2’s user-generated content more deeply into AWS Marketplace, bringing AI-powered product comparisons and insights built with Amazon Bedrock directly into the purchasing workflow. With over 3 million verified reviews on G2 and more than 20,000 already syndicated to AWS Marketplace, this next phase of the partnership focuses on surfacing customer sentiment and key product themes for faster, more informed decisions.
