Dragos Inc., a global leader in operational technology (OT) cybersecurity, has appointed Eric Cross as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive worldwide growth and deepen customer engagement. In this role, Cross will oversee global sales, marketing, customer success, and partner ecosystems as the company continues its mission to safeguard critical infrastructure from evolving cyber threats.
Cross brings more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing revenue teams at some of the industry’s most influential technology companies. His career includes leadership roles at Reltio, Appian, Apigee, Google Cloud, Blue Coat Systems, Citrix, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce. At Apigee, he was instrumental in taking the company through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by Google. His expertise spans SaaS, cybersecurity, data analytics, and API management, with a track record across direct, indirect, managed service, and OEM sales channels.
