Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity), a leading provider of research, analytics, staffing, and technology solutions for the financial services industry, has named Emma Crabtree as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In her new role, Crabtree will oversee global sales, client engagement, and marketing, while also joining the firm’s Executive Committee to help shape and execute Acuity’s long-term growth strategy.
Crabtree brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in client engagement and commercial strategy. She has held senior positions at major global financial institutions, including BNP Paribas Securities Services and RBC Investor & Treasury Services. Most recently, she served as Group Chief Commercial Officer at IQ-EQ, where she drove commercial strategy, marketing, and client relationship expansion, playing a pivotal role in the firm’s strong organic growth.
At Acuity, Crabtree will focus on accelerating the company’s expansion into new geographies and client segments, while advancing the adoption of its growing suite of solutions spanning research, data, analytics, bespoke technology, and agentic AI.

Crabtree’s earlier career includes senior leadership roles at BNP Paribas, where she served as Global Head of Sales for Asset Managers and Alternatives, and nearly two decades at RBC, where she was Managing Director of Global Client Coverage, focusing on institutional client growth.
