Leoforce Appoints Danny Ashraf as CRO and Stephanie Rahlfs as CMO

AI recruiting solutions provider Leoforce has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointments of Danny Ashraf as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Stephanie Rahlfs as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The hires mark a strategic step in advancing the company’s mission to deliver outcome-driven, always-on AI recruiting technology that generates measurable results for organizations worldwide.

Ashraf joins Leoforce with nearly 20 years of experience leading software sales teams in the recruitment technology sector. Most recently with Monster Worldwide, he played a key role in helping staffing clients leverage automation and AI to improve sourcing strategies. His background, which also includes leadership at Yahoo! HotJobs, positions him to drive revenue growth and expand Leoforce’s performance-based delivery model.

Rahlfs brings more than 18 years of expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, and job board development. At IntelyCare, she spearheaded digital growth initiatives and built a leading healthcare job board. Prior to that, during her tenure at Monster Worldwide, she led the creation of tens of thousands of search-optimized pages, driving significant global traffic and conversion growth. At Leoforce, Rahlfs will focus on strengthening brand visibility and delivering ROI-focused marketing strategies.
