At Elevate 2025, its annual customer conference, monday.com introduced a sweeping set of AI-driven innovations designed to push its platform beyond work management into full-scale work execution. The announcements included the debut of monday agents, the general availability of monday magic, monday vibe, and monday sidekick, and the launch of monday campaigns, a new addition to its CRM suite. The company also revealed expanded enterprise-grade capabilities to help global organizations scale with speed and precision.
The centerpiece, monday agents, allows teams to design AI-powered specialists through a no-code builder. Unlike traditional task assistants, these agents can manage multi-step processes, adapt to changing conditions, and handle workflows end-to-end. Early use cases are focused on sales development, where agents engage leads, qualify prospects, and capture interactions directly in monday CRM, ensuring stronger pipeline coverage. Future iterations will extend across business functions, from scheduling to strategy creation.
“AI is fundamentally changing the way people adopt, onboard, and enhance work solutions, and with it, expectations for what software should deliver,” said Daniel Lereya, Chief Product & Technology Officer at monday.com. “We’re entering a new era where software doesn’t just manage the work, it actually does the work for you. With monday agents, we’re giving every organization the ability to create AI specialists tailored to their needs, capable of executing tasks end-to-end and unlocking entirely new business potential.”

Alongside agents, monday vibe is opening new doors for software creation with plain-English “vibe coding,” allowing teams to build apps quickly while ensuring enterprise-grade security and compliance. Already, customers have created more than 17,000 apps in its first week of release.
The introduction of monday campaigns brings AI-powered marketing into the CRM suite, enabling teams to create, optimize, and link campaigns directly to revenue outcomes. By aligning marketing and sales in a shared funnel, the tool ensures every effort is measurable and connected to business impact.
To support large-scale enterprises, monday.com also rolled out enhancements in project visibility, governance, and resource optimization. Early adopters like Pepsi and Five9 have reported significant gains, from reducing low-impact work to accelerating revenue cycles.
Together, these updates reinforce monday.com’s vision of becoming not just a platform for managing work, but one that does the work, driving measurable outcomes for over 250,000 customers worldwide.
