The Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association has entered a multi-year strategic partnership with Franklin Templeton to strengthen education, community engagement, and industry standards for alternative investment professionals worldwide. Formalized at Abu Dhabi Finance Week, the collaboration spans CAIA’s Charter program, the CAIA.nxt private capital learning ecosystem, chapter events, the Capital Decanted podcast, and a forthcoming Islamic Finance microcredential tailored to the Middle East. “This enterprise level partnership is about building bridges across disciplines, geographies, and generations,” said John L. Bowman, CEO of CAIA Association, emphasizing the initiative’s alignment with Vision 2035 priorities of industry innovation, future-ready learning, and professional development.

Franklin Templeton will steward cohorts through CAIA programs, sponsor global chapter events, and co-develop thought leadership, including a research report on the Gulf’s evolution into a global private capital hub.
