ChurnZero Launches AI-Powered Email Personalization for Customer Success Teams

ChurnZero has launched AI Email Play Steps, a new AI Personalization feature that offers context-aware customer communication automation within customer success workflows. Teams can efficiently produce personalized customer outreach at scale utilizing real customer data. Integrated into ChurnZero’s existing playbooks, the capability drafts emails based on real-time customer insights such as health scores, engagement history, support activity, Success Plans, and customer journey stages.
