Cognizant Deepens Salesforce Partnership to Scale Enterprise AI Agents with Agentforce

Cognizant has announced the expansion of its partnership with Salesforce by launching a suite of AI-driven transformation services built for Agentforce, Salesforce’s enterprise-grade autonomous agent platform. The collaboration aims to help organizations embed AI agents into workflows to optimize customer service, operations, and industry-specific processes. “We’re entering an era where autonomous agents aren’t just augmenting workflows, they’re fundamentally reshaping how work gets done,” said Uday Kotla, Global Head of Cognizant’s CX & CRM Practice.

As a launch partner and AI Partner of the Year (2024), Cognizant is already delivering Agentforce implementations across sectors such as healthcare, life sciences, banking, telecom, and retail. Benefits include up to 52% reductions in case cycle times for clients. With 60% of its Salesforce practice AI-certified and 15% trained in Agentforce, Cognizant integrates its proprietary AI accelerators and deep industry knowledge to develop tailored agent ecosystems. The company also supports Salesforce’s BPO program to streamline procurement and reduce software waste. Innovations like Cognizant’s Neuro® AI Multi-Agent accelerator and Tableau-integrated dashboards for ESG and compliance demonstrate its commitment to operationalizing digital labor at scale.
