Pipedrive Integrates with ChatGPT to Streamline Sales Insights and Productivity

Pipedrive has launched a new app integration with ChatGPT, created by OpenAI. This integration lets Pipedrive users access their CRM data right in ChatGPT. It speeds up sales workflows and decision-making. Sales professionals can easily find insights. They can summarize lead and deal activity. They can analyze pipeline trends, too. They can also create content, like lead summaries or follow-up emails, without changing tools. Available to organizations using OpenAI Business, Enterprise, Edu, or Pro plans, the app can be enabled by a ChatGPT workspace admin and used by all Pipedrive customers regardless of their CRM subscription tier. Once connected, ChatGPT securely syncs accessible Pipedrive data to deliver faster, context-aware responses.
