Healthcare revenue cycle intelligence and automation provider VisiQuate has acquired Finvi’s Artiva HCx business, absorbing its established workflow platform, development team, and client roster to bridge the critical gap between identifying revenue bottlenecks and resolving them. Supported by growth equity backer Accel-KKR, the transaction combines VisiQuate’s 17 years of AI-driven analytics, denial prioritization, and agentic automation with Artiva HCx’s operational workflow engine governing collections, insurance follow-up, and denial remediation.

Underscoring the operational synergy behind the transaction, Derek Foster, Chief Strategy Officer at VisiQuate, stated: “Every revenue cycle problem worth solving takes deep expertise, and we just added a lot of it. VisiQuate was built to show revenue cycle teams which deep insights and work matters most. Artiva HCx brings a proven platform and a team with years of hands-on workflow experience. Together, we can build toward a future where knowing what to work on, getting it resolved and actioning those next steps are no longer separate problems.”
