Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA), a national provider of integrated communication, connectivity, and security solutions, has named Jonathan Nikols as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) as part of its strategy to strengthen leadership and expand market presence. The executive search was led by Charlotte-based Nexus Search Partners, underscoring MCA’s commitment to engaging top-tier leadership talent through trusted partnerships.
Nikols brings more than two decades of experience leading global revenue organizations. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Global Enterprise, Americas at Verizon Business, following leadership roles at HP, Polycom, and NCR Corporation. Known for launching and scaling outcome-driven “as-a-service” models, he has a track record of transforming commercial operations and building high-performing teams at Fortune 500 firms.
As CRO, Nikols will oversee sales, marketing, and customer success, while driving MCA’s go-to-market strategy. His mandate includes building a customer-first commercial organization, aligning revenue operations with client needs, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
