Apollo.io has revealed the beta release of its application on ChatGPT, which is a major move for Apollo in terms of integrating go-to-market (GTM) workflows into conversational AI settings. With this new integration, sales and marketing teams will be able to handle outbound execution, data enrichment, and performance analysis without leaving a single ChatGPT conversation.
The app, which runs on Apollo’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, aims to make revenue teams’ work easier by bringing together separate tools that have traditionally been used in different ways, into a single, AI-powered, user-friendly interface. This is consistent with the increasing trend of using conversational workflows as the main center for one’s work in business.
“Apollo’s app in ChatGPT brings inbound and outbound execution directly to meet sales and marketing teams where they work,” said Matt Curl, CEO of Apollo.io, “The future of GTM is democratized, delivering access to everything teams need in a single, unified workflow.”

Unified Sales Workflows Inside ChatGPT
The Apollo app targets sales development reps, account executives, and revenue leaders who are increasingly leveraging AI tools for running their daily activities. Users can perform a large variety of GTM tasks in just a few minutes right from the chat interface.
Main features are locating target accounts and contacts by natural language queries. For example, users can find fintech founders by region or filter SaaS companies by size and location. Besides that, users can add, edit, and enhance contact details to have accurate and verified information ready for outreach.
Moreover, the platform supports automating outbound processes. For instance, team members can add contacts to sequences right inside ChatGPT. Also, performance monitoring is integrated into the journey, so users can examine metrics like response rate and campaign success by simply interacting in a conversational manner.
Built-In Security and Scalable Access Controls
Apollo has extended its existing security framework into the ChatGPT environment to ensure enterprise-grade protection. The app leverages OAuth 2.0 authentication, enabling secure account access without requiring API keys. It also incorporates scoped permissions and data access controls aligned with Apollo’s platform standards, along with plan-based usage limits and rate controls.
The Apollo app is now available in beta for both new and existing customers, including free-tier users with a corporate domain. By bringing its data intelligence and GTM execution capabilities into ChatGPT, Apollo is positioning itself at the forefront of AI-driven sales transformation, where conversational interfaces become the primary workspace for revenue teams.
