Jasper, the world’s leading AI marketing platform, announced the appointments of Alex Barrera as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Lisa Hopkins as Vice President of Partnerships. Both executives will play a critical role in advancing Jasper’s go-to-market strategy and fueling its next phase of enterprise growth amid rising demand for AI-powered marketing solutions.
Barrera and Hopkins join as Jasper accelerates its momentum in the enterprise market, having surpassed 900 enterprise customers—including nearly 20% of the Fortune 500—and closed a record number of enterprise deals in fiscal Q4, which ended in February 2025. Over the past year, Jasper has tripled its enterprise ARR and significantly expanded its footprint across both B2B and B2C sectors. This growth has been particularly strong in technology, financial services, and life sciences, where revenue more than doubled, tripled, and quadrupled, respectively. This momentum reflects the increasing demand for scalable, on-brand content and marketing solutions across both highly regulated and fast-moving industries. New enterprise customers include companies such as Boeing, UPS, Helly Hansen, Accenture, Cyberark, William Blair, and Sanofi.
Barrera brings extensive experience in scaling global enterprise sales organizations. He joins Jasper from Zendesk, where he spent over a decade in senior leadership roles, most recently as SVP of Global Strategic Enterprise Sales, overseeing some of the company’s largest international accounts. During his tenure, he led the expansion of the Latin America region, growing the team from five to over 300 across four regional hubs, scaling ARR from $4 million to well over $100 million, and playing a key role in helping Zendesk surpass $1 billion in ARR globally. Prior to Zendesk, he also held leadership roles at Salesforce, supporting growth across the Latin American market. At Jasper, Barrera will focus on driving revenue growth, scaling go-to-market functions, and expanding the company’s presence across new markets and customer segments.

As VP of Partnerships, Hopkins will lead the continued expansion of Jasper’s partner ecosystem, an area of growing strategic focus as opportunities with systems integrators, technology platforms, and service partners accelerate. She brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling strategic partner programs for leading technology and martech brands. Prior to Jasper, Hopkins served as Global Segment Leader for Advertising and MarTech Partners at Amazon Web Services. Previously, she was the VP of Partnerships at Amplitude and VP of Strategic Partnerships for Marketo, where she led partner recruitment, channel strategy, and revenue growth initiatives across the digital services ecosystem.
“The addition of Alex and Lisa to our leadership team signals Jasper’s next phase of innovation and scale,” said Timothy Young, CEO of Jasper. “As AI continues to rapidly transform the marketing landscape, their deep expertise will be instrumental in deepening our impact across industries, unlocking new growth opportunities, and delivering on our mission to elevate all marketers and all marketing with the power of AI.”
“Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with enterprise customers to help them adopt transformative technologies that drive real business outcomes,” said Barrera. “What Salesforce did for CRM, and Zendesk did for customer experience, Jasper is now doing for marketing—leveraging AI to help brands connect effectively with the right audiences through the right content at the right moment.”
“Partnerships are one of the most powerful ways we can support our customers,” said Hopkins. “I’m excited to join Jasper and grow a diverse ecosystem that helps marketers innovate, move faster, and drive meaningful results with AI.”
