Under the expanded agreement, NiCE will begin reselling RingCentral’s unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solution, RingEX™, while extending its existing agreement to market RingCentral Contact Center, powered by NiCE CXone, for an additional year. By integrating RingCentral’s UCaaS capabilities with NiCE’s CXone platform and AI suite powered by NiCE Cognigy the combined solution bridges frontline contact center agents with enterprise subject-matter experts via real-time presence and one-click collaboration.
