Sia Partners, the global management consulting firm, has announced the acquisition of Precedence, a strategy and transformation consultancy based in Amsterdam, marking its third acquisition in the Netherlands since 2018. The deal strengthens Sia’s position in the Benelux region, boosting its Dutch headcount to over 120 consultants and its global team to more than 3,200 professionals. Specializing in strategy execution, commercial excellence, and operational efficiency, Precedence works with C-level executives in sectors such as energy, financial services, telecom, healthcare, and technology.

The acquisition will help Sia expand its capabilities across these industries while integrating Precedence’s complementary expertise and client base. The founders of Precedence will become partners in Sia, supporting its growth plans across the Benelux market, which already contributes €40 million in annual revenue. The move is part of Sia’s larger goal to reach €135 million in revenue in the Benelux by 2028 and to continue expanding its footprint through targeted acquisitions and organic growth in key European markets.
