Unify Secures $40M Series B to Redefine Go-to-Market with AI-Powered Sales Automation

Unify, the AI-native platform transforming how businesses scale go-to-market strategies, has raised $40 million in Series B funding led by Battery Ventures, just nine months after its $12 million Series A. The round also saw continued backing from the OpenAI Startup Fund, Thrive Capital, Emergence Capital, and others.

The San Francisco-based startup has quickly gained momentum, growing its revenue 8x year-over-year and powering sales pipelines for customers such as Perplexity, Cursor, Flock Safety, and Together AI. Its AI-driven platform automates and scales outbound sales efforts by identifying high-intent leads, personalizing outreach, and removing repetitive manual tasks from the sales process.

“In today’s extremely competitive sales environment, distribution has become the barrier to success… We believe growth should be a science, not an art,” said Austin Hughes, co-founder and CEO of Unify. “Unify turns growth into a repeatable, scalable motion, combining real-time intent signals with AI agents… so sellers can focus on what they uniquely do best: building relationships with humans.”

Unify’s system of action serves as an intelligent layer across go-to-market teams, surfacing the right prospects at the right time with tailored messaging. Clients report significant results, with Jenny Sung, product marketing lead at Perplexity, noting, “Unify drives pipeline directly into our sales team’s inbox.”

Joining Unify’s board is Dharmesh Thakker, General Partner at Battery Ventures, who remarked, “Unify’s approach represents the next evolution in go-to-market technology… We’re thrilled to back this team as it continues to revolutionize the GTM process.”

With its latest capital infusion, Unify aims to accelerate product development and expand its footprint as it redefines sales execution through intelligent automation.
