Accenture has agreed to acquire NeuraFlash, a Salesforce and generative AI consulting firm specializing in agentic solutions for sales, service, and field service operations, to expand its Salesforce gen AI and managed services capabilities while deepening its reach into mid-market industries. Founded in 2016 and based in Burlington, Massachusetts, NeuraFlash has delivered over 1,000 implementations for more than 400 clients worldwide, bringing a team of 510 professionals with over 2,000 Salesforce certifications to Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group. In addition to its strong Salesforce and Agentforce expertise, NeuraFlash offers robust AWS capabilities, helping clients integrate machine learning and generative AI for personalized customer experiences in contact centers.
