Cadara, formerly National Care Systems, has partnered with Waystar to improve revenue management and payment workflows for post-acute care providers. The partnership introduces Cadara Exchange, an integrated solution connecting Cadara RLM, the company’s cloud-based billing and revenue management software, with Waystar’s AI-powered revenue cycle platform.The integration is designed to reduce fragmented workflows, administrative work and delays across the revenue lifecycle. By bringing Waystar’s payer connectivity and revenue cycle capabilities into Cadara RLM, post-acute organizations can manage claims validation, remittance posting and payment processes within their existing revenue management environment.

The combined solution aims to simplify claims and payments by eliminating manual logins, downloads and switching between portals. It also uses Waystar Claim Manager’s average first-pass clean claim rate of more than 98.5% to help identify claim issues before submission and reduce avoidable rework.
