CTEK, a tender offer fund launched in 2025, seeks to provide diversified exposure to emerging technology opportunities while managing risk responsibly. The strategy was launched with a $1 billion anchor commitment from Bezos Expeditions and DFO Management, the family investment offices of Jeff Bezos and Michael Dell. “Artificial intelligence is redefining how industries operate and where the most compelling investment opportunities exist, and advisors and their clients should have a sophisticated way to access that opportunity,” said Nathan Urquhart. CAIS executives said the partnership will help advisors provide institutional-style access to innovation-focused investment opportunities spanning both public and private markets.
