Nexstar Expands Salesforce Partnership to Power AI-Driven Ad Sales Transformation

Salesforce has announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Nexstar Media Group, Inc., the largest owner of local TV stations in the U.S. Nexstar will implement Salesforce’s Media Cloud and Agentforce to modernize and automate its local advertising sales operations and deepen its AI capabilities across its media business.

As digital advertising continues to reshape the media landscape, Nexstar is leveraging Salesforce’s unified AI CRM platform to drive greater efficiency and growth across its 200+ local stations and national networks. The rollout of Media Cloud will provide Nexstar’s 1,600+ advertising sales professionals with real-time campaign visibility, advanced forecasting tools, and improved ad fulfillment insights—streamlining operations from pitch to placement.

Agentforce for Media will introduce AI agents that automate complex, time-consuming tasks such as advertising proposal creation, product discovery, and pitch deck generation. Backed by Data Cloud, the platform brings together structured and unstructured data to ground AI responses in relevant insights, freeing up sales teams to focus on relationship-building and deal closures.
