Finster AI, a supplier of agentic AI solutions for the financial services industry, is revealing its strategic partnership with FactSet. The partnership was created to provide FactSet with the support needed for the launch of its AI-driven workflow automation platform designed for banking. Through the partnership, FactSet also invested in Finster AI, signaling a mutual dedication to the AI-driven transformation of investment banking.

Through this partnership, Finster AI’s agentic infrastructure and workflow intelligence capabilities will serve as a foundational engine within FactSet’s AI solution. The integration enables financial institutions to introduce AI-native automation across complex, high-value processes spanning the full banking lifecycle—from deal origination to execution.

“We are incredibly proud to partner with FactSet, an industry stalwart that has defined financial data and analytics for decades,” said Sid Jayakumar, CEO of Finster AI. “FactSet’s vision for AI aligns deeply with our belief that the future of finance will be driven by intelligent AI agents operating natively within workflows, underpinned by a secure data ecosystem. FactSet recently introduced an AI product aimed at solving the issues of disjointed tools and isolated data environments that have been plaguing the industry for quite some time. By establishing a consolidated and secure platform, banking departments are able to accelerate the generation of transaction documents, combine different datasets to get a more comprehensive understanding, and efficiently manage the key steps in the deal lifecycle, at the same time ensuring that things are transparent and well-controlled.

“Partnering with Finster AI is a key step in FactSet’s mission to redefine workflow automation,” said Kate Stepp, Chief AI Officer at FactSet. “By integrating Finster’s agentic infrastructure into FactSet’s AI solution for banking, we’re providing our clients with the secure, AI-native tools they need to turn complex data into actionable outcomes.”

The investment from FactSet further highlights the long-term strategic alignment between the two organizations and their shared focus on building next-generation AI infrastructure for financial services.

“FactSet’s investment is a strong validation of both our technology and our mission,” added Chris Andrews, COO of Finster AI. “We view this not just as a partnership, but as a foundational alignment to build the next generation of AI-native infrastructure for financial services.”

Finster AI’s platform has been designed from the ground up to enable agent-guided, workflow-integrated experience modes in regulated financial settings. Thanks to its versatile and open design, banks can combine different AI engine, exclusive data sets and even tailor-made instruments under one controlled set of policies. Besides that, the platform features very close integrations with widely used software like the whole Microsoft Office family as well as safe ways of rolling out such as virtual private cloud and single-tenant environmentsthus making sure that all the compliance aspects of the very strict rules of today’s financial institutions are taken care of.
