PagerDuty Names Todd McNabb Chief Revenue Officer

PagerDuty, Inc., a leader in digital operations management, has appointed Todd McNabb as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective September 29, 2025. McNabb brings over 25 years of experience scaling enterprise software companies, with a strong record of driving growth across global markets.

In his new role, McNabb will oversee PagerDuty’s global go-to-market strategy, spanning sales, partnerships, customer success, professional services, customer support, and revenue operations. His focus will be on strengthening revenue performance, enhancing client retention, and supporting the company’s continued trajectory of profitable growth.

McNabb most recently served as CRO at PROS, leading its global commercial strategy. Prior to that, he was President and CRO at ScienceLogic, where he achieved 65% year-over-year growth in the first half of 2023 while reshaping the company’s international go-to-market approach. His earlier leadership experience includes senior roles at VMware, Virtustream, DXC Technology, and IBM.
